Customized Products

Because custom trophies, engraved awards, personalized plaques, medals, and other made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect customization caused by us

  • Products damaged during transit

Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photographs and supporting information.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
